At Copenhagen Grooming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey toward a better beard. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team through our help center or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging and securely sealed to prevent damage during transit; please include your order slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
